Sound familiar?

What you've heard about fight gyms. None of it happens here.

Ego-driven meatheads who hurt beginners

Not here. Hard training, zero bullies. People who don't take care of partners don't last.

Thrown in with the advanced guys on day one

Not here. Classes split by age and level. You're paired with someone your size.

"I'm too old / too out of shape to start"

Not here. Every class is coached to where you are today, not where you "should" be.

Kids' classes that are glorified babysitting

Not here. Real technique, real discipline, and kids who actually want to come back.

A big-box gym where nobody knows your name

Not here. Family-run. Coach Ben learns every name — and so does the room.

Locked into a contract before you know if you like it

Not here. Train a full week free. Decide after.

Why trust us?

Champions on the podium. Families on the mat for years.

What your first class actually looks like

  1. Members warming up together along the red wall
    01
    Warm up together

A coach introduces you to the room. Easy movement to get loose — nobody's racing you.

  2. Black belt demonstrating a technique

    Learn one technique

A black belt shows it step by step, then shows it again. Questions welcome.

  3. Two members laughing while drilling jiu jitsu
    03
    Drill it with a partner

Paired with someone your size and level. Coaches walk the mat and fix details.

    Live rounds — your call

Try it out at your own pace, or sit out and watch. You leave knowing a move you didn't know that morning.

Kids and adults after training together

Train together

Same night, same building — your class, their class.

Plenty of members started by dropping their kids off and ended up on the mat themselves. Kids' and adult classes run back to back, so the whole family can train on one trip.

"I have trained with Ben and so has my son and my wife."

Leave your ego at the door. At any age.

This is for you if…
  • You want to get stronger, but you're done with boring gym routines
  • You want your kid confident, active and off the screen
  • You'll show up, work hard, and help the person next to you get better
It's not for you if…
  • You're here to hurt training partners or prove something
  • You want a trophy just for showing up
  • You think you're too good to drill the basics

Still on the fence?

The full mat room, clean and empty before class
Our mat room before class.
Do I need any experience?

None. Most members walked in never having wrestled or rolled. Your first class is coached at your level and you're paired with someone your size.

I'm out of shape. Should I get fit first?

No — training is how you get in shape. Go at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, and sit out live rounds until you're ready.

How young can kids start?

Age 3. Tiny Terrors (ages 3–7) is built for short attention spans: games, movement and simple technique. Ages 7–13 move into Mat Monsters jiu jitsu and youth wrestling.

Will my kid (or I) get hurt?

Safety comes first. Coaches watch every round, partners are matched by size and level, and anyone who doesn't take care of their partner doesn't stay.

How clean are the mats?

Clean is non-negotiable here. Mats are cleaned and disinfected on a regular schedule, everyone trains in clean gear, and anyone with a skin issue sits out until it's cleared. It's one of the first things parents notice when they walk in.

What do I bring?

Workout clothes and a water bottle. We have loaner gear. If you have your own, bring it.

Can my kid and I train the same night?

Yes. Kids' and adult classes run back to back, and family plans are available.

What happens after the free week?

If it's a fit, pick a plan — memberships start at $75/mo, and up to 4 family members train for $200/mo. If it's not, you walk away owing nothing.

Pick your first class

New adults: Adult Jiu Jitsu or Novice Wrestling. New kids: Tiny Terrors (3–7) or Mat Monsters (7–13).
