Is there a contract?
No contracts, no commitments. Every plan is month to month.
Do I have to pay for the free week?
No. Train the full week first. You only pick a plan if it's a fit.
How does the family plan work?
One membership covers up to 4 family members — any mix of parents and kids. Kids train in their age program; adults train in theirs, often the same night.
Is there an annual option?
Yes — the Annual Wrestling Membership is $700 for the year (November 1 to November 1) and covers wrestling and Greco/Freestyle. That's $200 less than paying $75 a month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can switch to a different plan as your training changes. Just let us know.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be paused. Just let us know before your next billing date.
